TruePresence is organized as a five-tier matching system, mirroring the stepped-care model: care moves up and down the continuum, and people are matched to the right level of support — from peer mentors and coaches to spiritual directors and licensed clinicians.
It's the practical expression of something you already believe: that a person at a plateau with a clinician might be served beautifully by a peer mentor, and that a client well-served today may become a change partner for someone else tomorrow. St. Thérèse called it the little way — small acts, multiplied. The platform is built to multiply them.
Questions DMU grads tend to ask
Do I need to be licensed?
No. TruePresence supports the full range of provider roles — mentors, coaches, spiritual directors, and licensed clinicians. You operate within your scope and refer up or down the continuum as needed. Licensed clinicians maintain their own state licenses; you self-identify your state at onboarding.
Is it really HIPAA-compliant?
Yes — across the board. Messaging, audio and video, AI notetaking, transcription, and storage are all HIPAA-compliant.
What happens after the free year?
You convert to a regular provider subscription (mentor plans start at $49/month), or you stop — no obligation, no penalty. We will confirm your pricing well before your year is up.
Is this only for Catholics, or only for Catholic clients?
Neither. The Catholic Christian Meta-Model is the foundation, but every faith-based feature is optional and opt-out. You can serve secular clients with the clinical tools alone.
Can I bring my existing clients?
Yes. Invite current clients directly into the app and assign them tools and tasks from day one.
How is this connected to Divine Mercy University?
TruePresence operates in cooperation with DMU and is grounded in the same Meta-Model the university teaches. The alumni pilot is our way of putting it in the hands of the people trained to use it first.
