On-Call Clinical Lead

Senior clinician (PhD/PsyD) who owns clinical quality and safety across the platform — on-call escalation, protocol design, and clinical leadership in a startup building the future of faith-integrated care.
$4,500–$6,000/mo retainer + direct clinical hours
Psychologist
Launch CohortPhD/PsyD · Part-Time 1099 · Remote · 8–15 hrs/wk
Take complex clinical referrals, conduct formal psychological assessment, and help shape the clinical architecture of a platform purpose-built to serve Catholic communities. PSYPACT preferred.
$600/mo retainer + $125/mo per client + $140–$180/session
Psychiatric Provider
Launch CohortMD/DO or PMHNP · Part-Time 1099 · Remote · 6–12 hrs/wk
Tier 5 prescriber handling medication evaluations, management, and continuity of care for clients referred from therapists or entering the platform with existing prescriptions.
$700/mo retainer + $50/mo per client + $175–$450/visit
Mental Health Counselor

Tier 4 clinical anchor providing psychotherapy to clients whose concerns rise to a clinical level — whether escalated from coaches, referred by partners, or self-presenting. Compact privilege fees reimbursed.
$500/mo retainer + $100/mo per client + $100–$130/session
Mental Health Coach

Non-clinical coaching for clients matched through the platform — hold hope, help clarify goals, walk with clients through difficult moments, and know when to refer up the care ladder.
$300/mo retainer + $75/mo per client + $65–$100/session
Spiritual Director

Accompany directees in the Church's living tradition of spiritual accompaniment — listening, discerning, and walking alongside those encountering spiritual direction for the first time through TruePresence.
