AI and billing — what's included, what isn't
Included, no extra charge
- Guide — AI help using the platform. Free on every plan, always.
- AI Session Notes — Recording, transcription and the drafted note, plus treatment plans and summaries. Included with every billing seat, up to 100 sessions per practitioner per month.
- AI Executive Assistant — 20 tasks a month on Basic, 60 on Pro, 150 on Plus.
Metered or passed through
- $ Extra Assistant tasks — $1.00 each beyond the monthly allowance. One task is one approved plan, however many records it touches. Abandoned or failed tasks are never charged.
- $ Insurance claims — Passed through at our clearinghouse cost, currently $0.25 per claim, itemized on every invoice. No markup. Resubmitting a denied claim is never charged.
