On-Call Clinical Lead

Senior clinician (PhD/PsyD) who owns clinical quality and safety across the platform — on-call escalation, protocol design, and clinical leadership.
$4,500–$6,000/mo retainer + direct clinical hours
Psychologist

Complex clinical referrals, psychological assessment, and shaping the clinical architecture. PSYPACT preferred.
$600/mo retainer + $125/mo per client + $140–$180/session
Psychiatric Provider
Launch CohortMD/DO or PMHNP · Part-Time 1099 · Remote · 6–12 hrs/wk
Tier 5 prescriber — medication evaluations, management, and continuity of care.
$700/mo retainer + $50/mo per client + $175–$450/visit
Mental Health Counselor

Tier 4 clinical anchor — psychotherapy for clients at clinical level. Compact privilege fees reimbursed.
