Level 2: Peer Support — Connect with others who share similar challenges. Share stories of resilience and growth. Practice skills of compassion, patience, and hope together.

Level 3: Structured Programs — Workshops on emotional regulation and skill development. Coaching with strengths-based goal setting. Mentoring integrating purpose, meaning, and professional growth.

Level 4: Group Coaching — Groups addressing specific challenges. Integration of evidence-based practices with organizational values.

Volunteer Opportunities: Peer Support Facilitators (2-4 hrs/week). Strengths Discovery Guides (3-4 hrs/week). Excellence Development Mentors (2-3 hrs/week). Workshop Facilitators (4-6 hrs/month).

Professional Positions: Organizational Wellness Coordinators (full-time or part-time). Professional Coaches (contract or part-time). Strengths & Excellence Coaches (contract, flexible hours).

These are recommended positions in a fully established model. However, the system is designed to start with volunteers that we will train.
